Capital Markets Day 2025
L&T hosted a Capital Markets Day in Helsinki, Finland, on Wednesday, 26 November 2025. The event focused on New L&T as separate business, and its further value creation potential.
Demerger 2025
As of December 31, 2025, L&T has been split into two separate listed companies. The circular economy company will continue under the name Lassila & Tikanoja, while the property services business remains in a company called Luotea.
