To ensure the responsibility of our operations, we have defined the principles of responsible business practices, i.e. the Code of Conduct guidelines, which also apply to our contract suppliers. We also support the UN's Global Compact initiative and its human and labor rights, environmental and anti-corruption principles.

L&T is committed to fostering an atmosphere of openness. It is important for L&T to maintain an organizational culture where everyone can report violations or suspicions regarding activities contrary to laws or L&T's instructions.
