Preventing corruption and misconduct
We prevent corruption through guidance, training and supervision. We identify risks and develop practices to manage them. We also monitor deviations and respond to them. Our goal is to ensure reliability in all situations.

L&T’s policies and principles cover environmental, ethical and social perspectives, which the group follows both in its own operations and in the services provided to customers.
Monitoring, control and reporting
L&T’s operations are systematically managed and monitored through risk management, metrics and reporting. Risk management is part of our management system and supports the guidance and decision-making of sustainability work. Sustainability reporting is CSRD-compliant and assured. In addition, our quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems are ISO-certified.
International agreements and initiatives
We comply with key international agreements and initiatives, such as the UN’s sustainable development principles, the Global Compact initiative and ILO guidelines on fundamental labour rights. Through these, we ensure that our operations are ethical, transparent and consistent in all situations.

Sustainability reporting
We report annually on sustainability in accordance with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) as part of the Board’s reporting. In addition, we monitor the progress of selected metrics quarterly as part of financial reporting.
