Change in Lassila & Tikanoja’s management
Valtteri Palin, (born 1973), M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of the Group Executive Board of Lassila & Tikanoja plc effective 1 August 2019 onwards. Currently Mr Palin is acting as Finance Director and Group Controller for Lassila & Tikanoja. Previously in his career, he has served as Finance Director and Group Controller of SRV Group plc in 2008-2019.
Juha Jaatinen, who has served as acting CFO, leaves the company as planned effective 31 July 2019 onwards.
