Change in Lassila & Tikanoja’s management

Timo Leinonen (M.Sc. Admin.) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive of Lassila & Tikanoja plc as of 23 January 2013. Leinonen (born in 1970) has previously worked as Chief Financial Officer in Ixonos plc, since 2008. Before that Leinonen has worked as Chief Financial Officer in Suomen Terveystalo Oy, during 2006–2008 and as Chief Financial Officer in Tieto-X plc, during 2002-2006. Leinonen reports to the President and CEO Pekka Ojanpää.

In accordance with the previously announced, current CFO Ville Rantala has been appointed Vice President, Industrial Services. Rantala will continue as CFO until 23 January 2013.

As of 23 January 2013, the members of the Group Executive Board of Lassila & Tikanoja plc are:

– Pekka Ojanpää, President and CEO
– Timo Leinonen, Chief Financial Officer (as of 23 January 2013)
– Petri Salermo, Vice President, Environmental Services (as of 1 January 2013)
– Ville Rantala, Vice President, Industrial Services, Renewable Energy Sources (as of 1 January 2013)
– Petri Myllyniemi, Vice President, Facility Services (as of 7 January 2013)
– Kirsi Matero, HR Director
– Tuomas Mäkipeska, Business Development Director
– Antti Tervo, Chief Procurement Officer

For the time being, Juha Simola and Henri Turunen will continue to act as the Vice Presidents of the current Property Maintenance and Cleaning and Office Support Services divisions and as members of the Group Executive Board.
