Diversity enriches our workplace

We develop our culture and ways of working so that it is easier for people from different backgrounds to join us, feel comfortable as part of our work community and contribute meaningfully to society through their work. We have a diversity plan in place and are a signatory to the FIBS Diversity Charter Finland.
