Promoting Wellbeing at Work

As a major employer and service company, we take social responsibility by supporting the wellbeing and work ability of our employees. In work ability management, we focus on preventive measures, such as maintaining and improving work capacity through everyday work, as well as strengthening supervisors’ leadership skills in daily management.

How we support the wellbeing of our employees

Prevention

We train our supervisors in early support models so that potential issues can be identified at an early stage and preventive actions can be taken.

Through rehabilitation and redeployment activities, we aim to help employees find work that matches their work ability after illness or injury.

Mental wellbeing

We support mental wellbeing with low-threshold services that employees can use, for example in situations involving stress or change.

The health insurance fund supports wellbeing

We provide our employees with preventive occupational health services, statutory occupational health care and medical services. In addition, we complement these services through the company’s employee fund. The fund pays approximately EUR 2 million in benefits to its members each year.
