Auditing

Lassila & Tikanoja shall have one (1) auditor which must be an audit firm, whose appointed principal auditor must be an authorised public accountant. The auditor is elected by the Annual General Meeting. 

The auditors and the Board agree on the audit plan annually and discuss the audit’s findings. The auditor is elected for the company’s financial year, and the auditor’s term expires at the end of the Annual General Meeting following the election. 

PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy (PWC), Authorised Public Accountants, was elected as the company’s auditor, with Samuli Perälä, Authorised Public Accountant, as the principal auditor.

The Company’s auditor is adopted also as the Company’s sustainability auditor to audit the sustainability report from the financial year.
